Mothers, grand-mothers along with aunts, cousins... not only accompany their child, grand-child to the hospital but very often they stay for the all length of his/her hospitalization. Even if child to adult contamination is rare, it can happen especially with multi-drug resistant TB. In Georgia, it is difficult to convince the family to protect itself by wearing a mask.
